You’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers, providing guidance and support in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different sites.
